CLIENT EXPERIENCE & POLICIES
My goal is to provide a relaxed, enjoyable experience while creating meaningful, timeless images for you and your family. The following policies help ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for everyone.
By booking a session with Calli Jo Collective, you agree to the policies outlined below.
Booking & Retainer
- A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time.
- Your session is not officially booked until the retainer has been received.
- Retainers are applied toward your session total and are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation or no-show.
No-Show Policy
Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. If you fail to show up to your scheduled session without notice:
- You will be charged an additional $50 no-show fee, on top of your non-refundable retainer.
- The $50 no-show fee must be paid before any future sessions can be booked.
- For any future bookings, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
Weather
- Outdoor sessions are weather-dependent.
- If weather conditions are unsafe or unfavorable, the session may be rescheduled.
- The decision to reschedule due to weather is at the photographer’s discretion.
Image Delivery & Editing
- The photographer retains creative control over editing style, color, and final image selection.
- Editing requests outside the photographer’s standard style may not be accommodated.
- Galleries will be delivered within the timeframe provided at booking.
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full session experience.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect scheduled clients.
- If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show.
Copyright & Usage
- All images remain the copyright of Calli Jo Collective.
- Clients receive a personal use license for printing and sharing.
- Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Payment
- Full payment is due by the day of your scheduled session, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Accepted payment methods will be provided at booking.
- Retainers are applied toward your session total and are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation or no-show.
Rescheduling
- If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible.
- One complimentary reschedule may be allowed at the photographer’s discretion.
- Additional reschedules may require a new retainer.
Conduct
- Respectful behavior is expected from all participants during sessions.
- The photographer reserves the right to end a session if conditions become unsafe or inappropriate, with no refund provided.
Policy Updates
Policies are subject to change at any time. The policies in effect at the time of booking will apply to your session.
